This Senior Social Worker works in the Integrative Wellness Center (IWC) at the Lake Baldwin or Viera campus providing services to Veterans diagnosed with multiple conditions - including Chronic Pain conditions.Qualifications
Citizenship:- United States Citizenship:
- Have a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
- Skill in specialized interventions treatment modalities used specialty treatment programs special patient populations individual group family counseling psychotherapy advanced level psychosocial case management ability incorporate complex causation differential diagnosis treatment approved clinical privileges scope practice knowledge developing implementing methods measuring effectiveness social work practice services medical specialty area utilizing outcome evaluations improve treatment services design system changes ability provide consultation colleagues students psychosocial treatment patients specialty area Whole Health approach expand clinical knowledge profession write policies procedures guidelines rendering professional opinions based experience expertise role modeling effective social work skills teach mentor staff students special area practice supervision licensure specialty certifications responsible consultative services Chronic Pain clinic care coordination patients IWC meeting criteria set forth such services provide crisis intervention high-risk patients utilizing advanced practice skills conjunction Whole Health staff pro
