    Purpose of the Role

    The Property Management Associate will be key in ensuring the operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth of the Company's property portfolio.

    This senior-level position will focus on maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction while maintaining high standards of efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.

    As a key decision-maker, the Property Management Associate will align operational activities with the company's long-term vision and goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Property Management & Maintenance
    Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of properties under management.
    Develop and implement property management policies, procedures, and best practices.
    Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
    Conduct regular property inspections to uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.

    • Tenant Management
    Manage tenant onboarding, lease agreements, and renewals.
    Address tenant concerns promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.
    Develop strategies to minimize vacancies and optimize rental income.
    Enforce lease terms and handle disputes or conflicts professionally.

    • Strategic Leadership
    Provide decision-making on operational and strategic property management matters.
    Analyze market trends and property performance to recommend enhancements or cost-saving measures.
    Manage property budgets, including income, expenses, and profitability targets.
    Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    Key Requirements
    Background & Experience
    Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Between 2-4 years of experience in property management,
    Experience working in a startup or similarly dynamic environment is highly desirable.

    Skills
    Strong knowledge of property maintenance, tenant management, and regulatory requirements.
    Previous experience working with property management software and CRM tools.
    Proven ability to manage multiple properties and teams effectively.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
    Proficiency in property management software and tools.
