    Job Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in data analytics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in statistical analysis, data management, and visualization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources.
    • Prepare survey sampling designs.
    • Perform statistical analysis and interpretations to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
    • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
    • Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex problems.
    • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
    • Implement process improvements and data-driven strategies to optimize performance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics or a related field. Master's degree will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of five (5) years' proven experience in data analytics, statistical modelling, and reporting.
    • Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages (e.g., SPSS, STATA, MS Excel, R, and Python).
    • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
