    KES 60,000 gross on Full-Time Basis employment.


    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive revenue growth in our Branding & Signage division.

    The ideal candidate will be a passionate and persuasive communicator with a strong understanding of the signage industry and proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Business Development:
    o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client relationship building.

    o Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including businesses, organizations, and government agencies.

    o Conduct market research and identify target markets and key decision-makers.

    o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.

    o Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

    o Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.


    Customer Relationship Management:
    o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

    o Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

    o Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

    o Gather client feedback and use it to improve product offerings and services.

    Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
    o Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

    o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.

    o Analyze market data and prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.


    Brand Representation:
    o Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

    o Promote the company's brand and build brand awareness within the target market.


    Qualifications:

    Essential:
    o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    o 2+ years of proven sales experience in the signage, advertising, or related industry.

    o Strong understanding of the signage industry, including materials, production processes, and industry trends.

    o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    o Strong negotiation and closing skills.

    o Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    o Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.


    Desirable:
    o Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

    o Existing network of industry contacts

    o Strong project management skills
