    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled People Development Specialist to join our team. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive business performance across our hospital branches.

    The primary goal of this position is to ensure optimal operations for delivering compassionate care and exceptional patient experience as a key driver of overall business success.

    • This role will be responsible for managing HR processes, focusing on process efficiency and strategy execution in line with business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Drive business performance by providing proactive people and leadership development, leading cultural alignment, and spearheading strategic initiatives.
    2. Ensure efficient HR service delivery across hospital branches by executing both strategic and operational HR management processes.
    3. Responsible for hospital standards management, auditing, monitoring, and evaluating business impact of key organizational processes for improvements.
    4. Spearhead strategic relations management by leading stakeholder engagements.
    5. Provide senior management administrative support.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience working as a HRBP or Business Administrative Executive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a business-related course with specialization in Human Resources Management.
    • CHRP Certification will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent corporate communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage/lead organizational development.
