At Aminika Manpower Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Property Accountant to oversee the financial management of our client's properties. This role involves managing monthly rentals, utilities, and service charges; raising invoices and collecting payments, performing bank reconciliations, and conducting statutory service charge audits. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, experience with SAP ERP and Tally software, and at least 5-6 years of management experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions related to property rentals, utilities, and service charges
• Raise invoices and collect payments from tenants
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
• Conduct statutory service charge audits to identify areas for improvement

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in accounting and management, preferably in a similar role
