    Maintain Visibility:
    Keep your profile public with 5,000+ followers and follower settings enabled.

    Provide one week of free WhatsApp status posts per week to amplify reach.

    Knowledge Requirement:

    Read deeply about ifiX's courses and repairs to engage followers positively, answering queries and directing them to register or seek services.

    Compensation Structure

    This is a hybrid-paid role with a base pay and bonuses tied to weekly metrics, ensuring you're rewarded for impactful promotion over a two-week cycle.

    Week 1 (Days 1-7)

    Base Pay:
    KSh 750 if the post achieves by the 7th day:2,000 views | 75 likes | 15 comments | 10 shares | 20 link clicks | 4,000 reaches
    2.5% engagement rate ((Likes + Comments + Shares) / Reach * 100)
    40 seconds average watch time (for videos)
    Paid by the 3rd day of the following week, provided all previous posts remain active.
    Week 2 (Days 8-14)

    Extended Base Pay and Bonuses:
    If Week 1 targets are met, additional compensation is available based on Week 2 performance:

    KSh 750 base extension plus KSh 150 bonus for 1,000 additional views with 50 likes, 10 comments, 5 shares, 15 link clicks, 2,000 reach, 1% engagement rate, and 10 seconds watch time.

    Or,

    KSh 750 base extension plus KSh 300 bonus for 2,000 additional views with 100 likes, 20 comments, 10 shares, 30 link clicks, 4,000 reach, 2% engagement rate, and 20 seconds watch time.

    Evaluated on the 14th day, paid by the 3rd day of the third week, provided all previous posts remain active.


    Partial Compensation:

    KSh 375; If Week 2 targets are not met but metrics show small growth (e.g., 10% increase in views, likes, etc.), pay KSh 375 (half the base fee) for Week 2, but no bonus.


    Total Potential Earnings:

    Up to KSh 1,800 (KSh 750 Week 1 + KSh 750 Week 2 + KSh 300 bonus) if all targets are met.

    Free Training:
    Attend a 1-hour online product knowledge session via Zoom or Google Meet at no cost


    This covers:

    ICT Courses:
    Mobile Phone Software, Mobile Phone Hardware, Computer Software, Computer Hardware.

    Repair Services:

    How to promote these offerings effectively on social media.

    Post-Training:

    List your top 2-3 platforms where you're most established, providing evidence of past performance (screenshots or links of metrics like views, likes, comments, shares, clicks, reach, engagement rate, watch time).

    Performance Evaluation and Reporting
    Your performance will be evaluated based on universal metrics across platforms:

    Views:
    Times seen (e.g., video plays on Facebook, impressions on X for text).

    Likes:
    Approvals.

    Responses.

    Shares:
    Redistribution (e.g., shares on Facebook, reposts on X, duets on TikTok).

    Clicks:
