PST is seeking a highly skilled Data Processing Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Data Entry Specialists (DES). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing workflows, coordinating tasks, and ensuring seamless communication among team members.

About the Role:

• Manage and lead a team of Data Entry Specialists to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Liaise with Regulation Managers to assign tasks and communicate progress.
• Coordinate workflow processes, optimize workflows, and implement automation strategies to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation to track progress and performance.
• Train new team members on workflows and provide individual coaching to enhance skills.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a project coordinator/manager, preferably working with Data Entry Specialists and non-Data Entry Specialists teams.
• Experience in managing workflows, organizing team members across different time zones, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency, strong attention to detail, and understanding of large language models (LLM).
