    Nathan HR Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled Backend Development Lead with expertise in Node.js and MongoDB to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. This senior-level role requires a professional with 4+ years of experience in backend development.

    About the Role

    This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of our backend applications using Node.js. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and optimize backend applications using Node.js, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
    • Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend systems and meeting business requirements.
    • Manage database schemas and queries in MongoDB, optimizing performance and scalability to meet growing demands.
    • Implement security measures and conduct thorough debugging to maintain system reliability and ensure data integrity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, designers, and product managers, to achieve project goals and drive business outcomes.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js and MongoDB.
    • Strong understanding of backend best practices, performance optimization techniques, and software design patterns.
    • Proven ability to work effectively in team environments, lead by example, and mentor junior colleagues.

    Salary Information
