- Developing terms of reference and budget, selecting and contracting individuals or firms, constituting and chairing evaluation reference groups, contributing substantially to the development of scope, approach, and methodology of evaluations.
- A Master's degree in social sciences, public health, economics, gender studies, or demography.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing complex evaluations in the areas of gender, health, and/or population dynamics.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and conducting different types of evaluations in or for UN organizations, other multilateral or bilateral development organizations.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English required; fluency in Spanish and/or French is a strong asset.
