    Position Overview

    We are on the lookout for a proactive Marketing Assistant with a love for fashion, to join our team In this role, you'll take the lead in managing our e-commerce platform and digital presence, making sure everything is running smoothly and looking great.

    You'll have the chance to bring your creativity and technical skills to the table, whether it's through updating product details, enhancing user experience, or driving traffic through innovative marketing strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Ø Oversee and maintain the e-commerce site, ensuring all product details and content are accurate and current. Continuously work on website enhancements to improve user experience, add new features, and resolve any technical issues.
    Ø Implement SEO best practices to enhance site visibility and improve organic search rankings.
    Ø Drafting a content calendar for all social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent posting. Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.

    Ø Track and report on social media and website metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, providing insights and recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

    Ø Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, focusing on conversions and budget efficiency. Develop strategies to drive traffic to the website, including content marketing, social media advertising, and partnerships.

    Ø Work closely with the graphic designer to ensure all visual content is optimized for the web, including appropriate image sizing and load times.

    Collaborate with the IT department and website host to troubleshoot technical issues, implement site improvements, and ensure seamless website performance.

    Ø Ensure all website content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

    Job Requirements:

    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing is essential.
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Magento and Shopify) and social media channels.
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques and proficiency with Meta Ads.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • A self-motivated, proactive individual with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
    • Preferred: Prior Experience in Fashion/ Retail.
