Job Description:

The Assistant Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency at our client's retail stores. Key responsibilities include managing and motivating the sales team, planning and implementing sales strategies, organizing product layouts, and maintaining financial records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• NQF Level 4 (Matric Equivalent)
• Sales Management Qualification
• Merchandising and/or Retail Management Qualification
• Minimum of 3 years in face-to-face customer service or sales roles
• At least 3 years of experience in merchandising
• Minimum of 3 years managing employees
• At least 5 years of experience in retail management
