Azure Resort is seeking an experienced Dining Service Staff to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, creating a memorable first impression.
2. Presentation of menus and detailed explanations of menu items, highlighting specials and recommendations.
3. Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
4. Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders to guests' tables.
5. Serving meals and beverages to guests, adhering to fine dining service standards and proper etiquette.
6. Monitoring table settings and maintaining a clean and organized dining area throughout the meal service.
7. Anticipating guests' needs and promptly addressing any concerns or special requests to ensure a seamless dining experience.
8. Suggesting wine and beverage pairings based on guests' preferences and menu selections.
9. Processing payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
10. Collaborating with other team members, including bartenders and hosts/hostesses, to provide a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
11. Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant's menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and sourcing.
12. Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and stay updated on menu offerings.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluent proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong understanding of fine dining service etiquette and guest interaction.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, especially during peak dining hours.

Benefits

Azure Resort offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
