At Nathan HR Human Resources, we are seeking a highly skilled ERP Quality Assurance Director to lead our testing strategy and ensure high-quality standards across our enterprise solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust testing processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues, and driving best practices for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Strategy Development
• Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases tailored to ERP systems, focusing on functional, performance, and security testing.
• Define and optimize testing methodologies to ensure alignment with project goals and overall quality standards.
• Team Leadership and Mentoring
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of QA engineers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to perform at their best.
• Provide ongoing training and development to QA team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Testing and Validation
• Conduct end-to-end testing, including integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, across ERP modules to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and test cases, providing feedback to refine and improve the system.
• Defect Management and Resolution
• Identify, document, and prioritize software defects, working with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely fixes.
• Track and report on QA metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to measure testing progress and quality assurance effectiveness.
• Automation and Continuous Improvement
• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
• Stay current with industry trends and tools for ERP systems, implementing improvements as needed to optimize the QA process.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on ERP systems
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role within QA, preferably in ERP or enterprise software environments
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems
• Proficiency with QA and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, QTP, Git)
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
