PST is seeking a highly skilled Data Processing Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Data Entry Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workflows, coordinating tasks, and ensuring seamless communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Data Entry Specialists to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Liaise with Regulation Managers to assign tasks and communicate progress.
• Develop and implement effective workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Train new team members on workflows and provide individual coaching to enhance their skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a project coordinator/manager, preferably working with Data Entry Specialists and non-Data Entry Specialists teams.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
