    Job Summary:

    We seek an experienced Business Expansion Leader to spearhead business operations across multiple territories, drive sales growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Drive Strategic Growth:
      • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand into new markets.
    • Cultivate Key Partnerships:
      • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including system integrators, distributors, and suppliers.
    • Manage Distribution Networks:
      • Optimize distribution channels and manage inventory levels to ensure seamless product delivery.
    • Lead Customer Satisfaction Initiatives:
      • Develop and execute plans to improve customer satisfaction, mentor teams, and promote professional growth.
    • Ensure Financial Performance:
      • Ensure profitable business operations by managing costs efficiently and achieving revenue targets.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in PA system sales, with at least 2 years in leadership roles managing multiple territories.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven leadership, sales strategy, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
