    Description

     

    Job Overview: Our company is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialists and agents with a passion for driving online success. The role requires an individual with the ability to build and execute digital marketing strategies, measure and analyze campaign performance, and enhance overall inbound marketing efforts to maximize brand engagement, leads, and revenue.

    Responsibilities:
    - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase customer acquisition and maximize retention.
    - Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    - Optimize landing pages, website performance, and user experience to maximize conversions.
    - Manage social media channels, create content, and engage with the audience.
    - Monitor and analyze website analytics and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
    - Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and web developers to implement effective marketing campaigns.
    - Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including database segmentation and A/B testing.
    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously work towards improving marketing effectiveness and ROI.

    Requirements:
    - Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills.
    - Possess a growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to change.
    - Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM software is a plus.

    Note that for individuals without the above mentioned skills, our company offers free recruitment and mentorship. 

    Competitive monthly salary is 40,000 to 50,000  for beginners.
