    Description

    We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Representative to work with us here in Nairobi town. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

    Qualifications
    Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
    Excellent telephone etiquette.
    Fluent in English and Swahili language.
    The personable and friendly tone of voice.
    Ability to handle being rejected by customers and remain calm and collected.
    Trustworthy, professional and reliable when dealing with confidential information

    Responsibilities 
    Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
    Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
    Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
