As part of our growth journey, we are seeking an exceptional Medical Sales Representative to lead Medivo's Sales strategy and accelerate our market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Medivo's commercial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in medical equipment, consumables, and healthcare solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and position Medivo to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and private healthcare providers.
- Lead negotiations for tenders, contracts, and strategic partnerships with both local and international stakeholders.
- Expand Medivo's product and solutions portfolio through alliances with global manufacturers and distributors.
- Oversee pricing strategies, sales processes, and tender management to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Establish and manage KPIs, reporting frameworks, and commercial performance dashboards.
- Drive customer satisfaction and after-sales excellence as a differentiator in the market.
- Lead, mentor, and grow Medivo's commercial team to deliver on strategic and financial objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor's degree or a Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Officer, or a related healthcare field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, sales, or business development within the healthcare or medical supply industry.
- Proven experience in tender management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnership development.
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge clinical understanding with business strategy to drive growth.
