    Job Title: Graphic Designer Apprentice

    Department: Sales & Marketing

    Reports to: Marketing Manager

    Location: Kenya 

    Program Type: Apprenticeship (Fresh Graduate Opportunity – 2023/2024)

    Job Purpose:


    To assist the Marketing Department in creating compelling visual content that supports the company's brand communication across various platforms. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience while contributing to real-time design projects and campaigns.



    Requirements


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in creating visual content for digital and print media (social media, websites, advertisements, etc.)

    • Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts

    • Support the production of branding materials including posters, brochures, banners, promotional products, packaging, and merchandising items

    • Maintain organized project files and meet project deadlines

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from a recognized Kenyan university (Class of 2023 or 2024)

    • Demonstrated passion for design and creativity

    • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

    • A portfolio showcasing personal or academic design projects

    • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
