    Implementation Manager Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer-facing implementation projects, ensuring timely and efficient software delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management:
      • Lead the end-to-end implementation process of software solutions for our clients.
      • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
      • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Customer Engagement:
      • Serve as the Escalation point of contact for customers during the implementation process.
      • Establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
      • Conduct regular status meetings with customers to provide updates, address concerns, and align on project goals.
    • Team Coordination:
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
      • Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers to resolve any issues promptly.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Ensure that the implemented solutions meet the highest quality standards and align with customer requirements.
      • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure any issues are addressed before final delivery.
    • Continuous Improvement:
      • Identify opportunities for improving implementation processes and methodologies.
      • Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to refine future implementations.

    Qualifications:

    • 8-10 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a related role.
    • Proven experience in managing customer-facing projects and delivering software solutions.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with HRMS implementations.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
    • Experience in the HR Software delivery sector is a plus.
