I am a self-motivated and highly dedicated individual with over three (3) years’ experience working in Business Process Outsourcing for the Communication and beauty industries. Over time, I have held various positions ranging from receptionist to Call Center Representative. I possesses excellent customer service and communication skills, and also a quick learner with great knowledge retention. I have experience working in positions of high responsibility and exhibits the ability to take on projects, execute them with formidable results and without supervision.

My name is Zuweina Yusuf, I am a talented individual currently unemployed with a passion for customer service, embarked on my professional journey as a data entry associate at Samasource for a period of 14 months. I later joined Lockstrend as a receptionist. For one and a half years, I graced the front desk with grace and professionalism, becoming the welcoming face of the organization. I effortlessly handled a multitude of responsibilities, such as managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors with an infectious smile. My excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ensured that the daily operations of the office ran smoothly.
Following my successful stint at Lockstrend, I transitioned to the role of a Call Center Representative at CCI. For a period of 1 year, I dedicated my skills and expertise to provide exceptional assistance to customers seeking support. With my warm and empathetic demeanor, I effortlessly navigated through various inquiries and concerns, ensuring each interaction left a positive impression. My commitment to delivering top-notch service and resolving customer issues earned me the admiration of both colleagues and clients alike.
Throughout my professional endeavors, I consistently demonstrated my English proficiency, utilizing my language skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and visitors. My fluency in English allowed me to articulate my thoughts clearly, both verbally and in written form.
