As a computer science graduate with a keen interest in social media, I have gained valuable experience in managing social media platforms for various organizations. I have worked with both established and emerging brands, creating and implementing effective social media strategies that have helped to increase their online presence and engagement.

Throughout my career, I have also demonstrated strong skills in content creation, digital marketing, and social media analytics. I am proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social, which have helped me to efficiently manage multiple social media accounts.

As an ICT assistant at Kenya Railways Cooperation, I  have gained valuable technical skills in various areas of information and communication technology. Specifically, I have honed your abilities in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems and networks, providing technical support to end-users, and maintaining ICT infrastructure. I have also learned to manage databases, backup and restore data, develop and maintain web applications, and deploy various ICT solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Additionally, I  have developed communication and teamwork skills through collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to meet ICT-related objectives. These skills are not only relevant to my current role, but can also be transferable to other positions within the field of ICT.

I am a computer science diploma graduate with a solid foundation in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++. My studies also included web development tools like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as database management systems, algorithms and data structures, computer networks, and operating systems. I am skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking and have experienced working collaboratively in teams.
