I am Accountant with more than four years of relevant working experience. I am committed to on-time payments, maintaining detailed records and paying vendors on time a practice horned at Care International in Somalia. I am a detail-oriented worker with proven resourcefulness and reliability. Vigilant on expenditure verification and document completeness. This I gained working with auditors at Care International and specifically contracted to do it at World Vision as a Document Examiner.  I am Enthusiastic and eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. In my previous assignments, I worked with World Vision Somalia, Care International in Somalia and Heron Porticos in different capacities but all having almost similar responsibilities. At World Vision Somalia, I was contracted as a Documents’ Examiner working on processes and expenditure verification for all grants awarded to other project implementing partner organizations. This would involve ensuring that reporting guidelines and formats are adhered to with the provided donor templates and that submission deadlines are followed. For audit preparedness, I would as well as ensure quality assurance on all sub-grantees documents with time to time follow up on implementation. I will bring this at work to support in audits. With my experience as an Accounts Assistant at Care International in Somalia I will be able to ensure proper review of all payment requests if they satisfy the procurement and payment process before data entry in the system. I will serve as part of the control system. With prior experience in archives management, I will ensure to improve your filing system that will be safe, fast and easy to operate. I will be of help in management of vendor accounts both staff and outside clients such as suppliers and partners. This is in terms of advances and advance settlement. I am well versed and experienced in amortization of prepayments and reconciliation of vendors' accounts. With my experience in document management and document safekeeping, I will assist in retrieval and provision of financial documents during both internal and external audits. I am good at expenditure and cost verification having worked closely with auditors and gaining fast hand experience on document completeness. With this, I will assist in preaudits and audit preparation. I have knowledge and experience in report generation, making payments, analysis among others.
