Throughout my professional journey, I have gained diverse experience in various roles. I began my career as a Customer Service Representative, where I honed my communication and problem-solving skills. Building on that foundation, I transitioned to Investor Experience, gaining a deeper understanding of client needs and enhancing my relationship management abilities. As a Solution Coach in a call center, I developed strong coaching and mentoring skills, empowering others to achieve their best performance. Recognizing my talent for training, I was promoted to a Global Trainer, where I facilitated learning programs across different regions. Currently, as an HRBP Specialist, I leverage my comprehensive knowledge of human resources to provide strategic guidance and support to the organization. My multifaceted background enables me to approach challenges with a well-rounded perspective and contribute to the success of the teams and individuals I work with.
