  • Client liaison and ensuring client satisfaction in terms of issue of all documentation with agreed timelines.
  • Preparation of official communication from the company on behalf of the Directors as well  as managing the company's official email
  • Coordination of the Technical, Finance and Administration Departments to ensure seamless operations within the company.
  • Responsible for office supplies and ensuring that all the office equipments are well services and in good working condition.
  • Preparing invoices and following up on payments.
  • Tender application and Documentation to ensure their submission before deadline.
