My name is Yvonne mideva ongadi ,a dedicated and experienced customer service agent, that has a comprehensive set of skills that I believe will be a valuable to the company providing a firm foundation for the customer service role ,my critical thinking, people centric mature and compassion have afforded me excellent leadership skills 

With a formal back ground of customer service , I am looking for a transition of something new and if a challenge,as I love to be challenged. I believe my skills and my back ground make an excellent fit for the position of customer service representative.

I have learnt to be very patient with everything that I do as a customer service representative, it has also taught me the art of empathy, as this is very useful even out side
