Yvonne Mbogo

I am Yvonne Diana Wanjiru Mbogo, with experience in passenger services, particularly handling people with reduced mobility (PRM), and check-in processes. I completed a six-month attachment at Tradewinds Aviation Services at Moi International Airport, Mombasa, where i developed strong customer care and problem-solving skills. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing positively to organizations’ growth. I have also pursued a course in International Air Cargo Management.

I have a six months of professional experience in passenger services, particularly in handling people with reduced mobility (PRM) and check-in procedures. I  also pursued a course in International Air Cargo Management, further enhancing her expertise in the aviation industry.

This education complements me hands-on experience in passenger services and PRM handling at the airport, making my well-rounded in both customer service and cargo management aspects of aviation.
