I am a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong skills in data analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. I am proficient in using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with average skills in Match and Sum If formulas. I possess excellent communication skills and can work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and end consumers. 

Throughout my work experience, I have demonstrated the ability to meet targets and deadlines, respond directly to supply chain issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. I have worked as an accounting intern, procurement and customer service officer, registration clerk, and procurement intern, where I have gained skills in using Quickbooks software, preparing tenders and RFQ proposals, customer service, marketing, and report writing. I also have basic knowledge in maintaining security and risk mitigation.

I have professional experience in various roles, including accounting intern, procurement and customer service, registration clerk, and procurement intern. In my current role as an accounting intern at Claudim Supplies, I have been trained to use Quickbooks software, posting expenses and sales income, and generating creditors and debtors' reports. My previous roles have involved tasks such as preparing tenders and RFQ proposals, managing customer queries, generating reports, maintaining customer satisfaction, updating customer records, biometric registration, marketing KCB products, and report writing.

I have completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology from September 2016 to April 2021. During this time, I was also a member of JKUPSSA and completed a professional development program focused on fleet management practices and distribution performance of manufacturing firms. 

Additionally, I have obtained a certificate in computer skills, specifically Microsoft packages, from DIMA college in June 2016 to August 2016. I am currently pursuing certification as a Procurement and Supply Professional of Kenya (CPSP-K).
