I am a purpose driven and result oriented professional seeking to achieve the optimal height in my career having acquired a background in marketing, office administration, and customer relations. I am focused on defining and analyzing customer requests to resolve issues accurately and in a timely manner in order to win customer loyalty. Some of the roles I have handled include; ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in a courteous and timely manner, tracking, following-up and resolving customer’s outstanding issues in a timely fashion; among other roles. I am currently looking to secure a position that will equip me with experience and the expertise to further explore the skills I have acquired over the years with a view to contribute to the future growth of the organization in marketing.

I have a degree in Business Administration specializing in marketing, a single-subject diploma in customer service, and a certificate in sales & selling and public relations. On going diploma in Insurance
