Winfred Kioko

Winfred kioko is a dedicated, hard working and a reliable person who believes in the power of team work and above all she is a  very open minded person.I have a 7year experience in administration duties within different organizational setups including stationary/bookshop, private investigation company and a rehabilitation center.I am very passionate about customer satisfaction and thus excellent customer service goes a long way.I am a good planner and have always been commended for my decision making abilities I believe that the experience and exposure I have puts me in a better position to fill the vacancy. 

previously, I  have worked with Nuhealth medical center where i held the position of a front desk executive for six months.

Before then I held the position of an Assistant office administrator at Hawkeye technologies for seven years.That was after working as a customer service provider at text book center for close to one year.

Currently am undertaking a higher diploma in leadership and management at Pan-African university.

I have a diploma in public relations where I specified in customer service, international business communication, marketing and advertising.

I also have a certificate in forensic science from Hawkeye technologies Ltd college.
