I am an experienced Human Resource professional with expertise in employee relations, performance management, remuneration, and compliance. Successfully managed HR functions, providing support to both management and employees while driving organizational success. Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with company goals and values. I am a key part of a team working to keep employee satisfaction levels at above 70% in all our 4 factories across the country and head office by applying various strategies including prompt resolution of disciplinary issues, rolling out impartial performance management systems, conducting Route Cause Analysis to identify gaps and following through on implementation among others. 
 

I am currently pursuing a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management at the College of Human Resource Management (CHRM), Nairobi Campus, and I expect to complete it by November 2023. I have recently obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the same institution in August 2021. To further enhance my skills and knowledge in the field, I also hold a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Rural Aid Kenya Training Institute (RAKTI), Nairobi Campus, which I completed in July 2018. These qualifications have equipped me with a solid foundation in Human Resource Management and have prepared me for a successful career in the field.
