I am a highly experienced Business Development Manager who helps organizations to build and develop customer relationships to derive value out of every day business engagements. 

I am experienced in sales and customer service, having worked in several ICT Service Management organizations as a Customer Relationshiop Manager, Sales Manager as well as an Account Manager.

I help organizations to build and develop customer relationships to derive value out of business engagements.

I have spent over 10 years of my work experience building business networks and helping customers in making better decisions as a trusted technological or partner advisor 

During this time I have worked in different organizations in different roles, all geared towards helping my company grow revenue, retain customers and maintain a proper grip of how our customers work, in order to help their businesses grow.

My primary focus has been Revenue Growth and  Retention, Client onboarding and Client Support

I have generally worked for prominent IT Service Management companies on various Products and Services and technologies /OEMs... to help SMBs as well as Enterprise Customers to engage with their customers.

I have also worked for different companies in other roles such as project management, billing and technical support.

Over this period, I have since trained in product knowledge on different IT services and products ( AWS, Oracle Cloud, CISCO, Merali, Fortinet)
