As a passionate culinary student, I am eager to embark on an internship at a prestigious five-star hotel. Boma International Hospitality College (BIHC)

May 2023- August 2023:

Trainee Chef in Individual Stove Kitchen 1 and Dual Stove Kitchen

• Prepared diverse dishes for breakfast and lunch
• Performed various beef cuts and deboning and different meats 
• Specialised in baking and pastry , creating items such as cookies ,cinnamon rolls, choux pastry and puff pastry 

September 2023- December 2023:

Trainee Chef in European Kitchen  and Production Kitchen

• Prepared various European cuisines, including French,German and British dishes
• Learned professional food plating techniques
• Collaborated with colleagues in meal preparation for school lunches 

Silver Palm Hotel

• Gained experience in a high-paced kitchen environment
