• Conduct user research, user journey, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes for B2B e-commerce, resulting in an overall increase in user experience. 
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements and design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
• Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets, using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
