In the past 7 years, l have significantly honed my skills in operations management at Harley’s limited. When l joined as a Warehouse Assistant, I surpassed my KPIs and mastered expertise in stock control, logistic coordination, and inventory management while working and managing ERP tools. I am currently working as Assistant Branch Manager with a task of ensuring quality standards are achieved, accounting, supervising, and making reports. I am a flexible , reliable and a great team player you will want in your team.

•Analytical skills: I possess the ability to find answers and possible solutions to a problem. I can gather information about various topics, review the same, analyze and interpret the information gathered to bring a possible solution.
•Interpersonal skills & Teamwork: I possess the ability to work in a team and navigate complex frameworks. I can develop effective working relationships with other counterparts. I possess strong commitment to team dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow any directives at appropriate times.
•Flexibility & Time management: This entails my capacity to fit into most environments and maintain calm under pressure and I can adapt well to changes in the workplace. I possess the ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
•Decision making and analytical skills: I can make timely, well considered, and logical decisions on problem situations that may arise to find appropriate and workable solutions.
•Interpersonal skills: I possess leadership skills such as empathy, strategic and critical thinking, creativity, and active listening. I am also able to inspire and convince my counterparts. I can work well under pressure with no supervision. I always endeavor to beat deadlines set.
•Leadership skills I possess the ability to visualize, articulate and solve both complex and complicated problems and concepts and further make decisions that make sense based on all the available information.
•Computer savvy: I possess the knowledge and ability to use computers and related technology efficiently. I am proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and Google Suite
