I have strong experience in interpersonal and customer service skills gained while working as a customer service desk agent for an Internet service provider. This exposure has strengthened my skills to be all round in IT prowess working with various Ms office applications and client support through mails, chats with focus on keen attention to details and quality support. I maintain an exceedingly functional work environment with a knack for problem solving and thinking outside the box.
