Patient Socio-Economic Assessment: Conducted comprehensive assessments of patients' socio-economic conditions to understand their financial, social, and psychological needs. Processing Waiver/Exemption/Credit Forms: Assisted patients in navigating the administrative procedures for obtaining waivers, exemptions, or credit forms related to medical expenses. Daily Ward Rounds Assessment: Participated in daily ward rounds, collaborating with medical teams to assess patients' progress, identify social challenges, and develop appropriate intervention plans. Home Visits and Case Follow-ups: Conducted home visits to patients to evaluate their living conditions, offer support and ensure they followed prescribed treatment plans.
