am a seasoned Microbial Entomologist, leader and laboratory manager. I am an expert in Production Technology with special training in Bio-pesticide Development, Manufacture and commercialization. As a Manager with a multinational company, I have developed over 8 commercial products from microorganisms mainly used for control of agricultural pests and diseases as well as in plant nutrition as biofertilizers. I therefore wear many hats in my career as a researcher, lecturer/trainer and manager. Because of all these, am dynamic and have unique ability to manage multidisciplinary projects. My research output has been widely published in International and refereed Journals and the results from my findings has helped in the development of biological pest control measures to mitigate damage caused by various notorious agricultural pests that afflicts a wide range of crops and threatens food security especially in Africa. Am passionate about farming and providing solutions to growers.

I am currently the Head of Production at Bioline Agrosciences-Dudutech IPM limited in Kenya. I previously worked as Biorational Business Unit Manager as well as a Lecturer in the University
