have previously worked with Techno brain for Airtel project back in 2014 my roles there were to handle customer concerns with sensitivity and patience; follow up on situations to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction is done. Worked with them again in 2022 for ZUKU project and then with ISON xperience LTD  with zuku project, my job in zuku was to retain customer, Utilize all one-line resources/tools to troubleshoot and diagnose customer issue for resolution, Increase revenue through up-selling products.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point i.e Presentations/Slideshows. Wrote, edited and formatted documents/emails on Microsoft Word.

Excellent communication and listening skills. A polite and friendly manner because (being rude never gets you anywhere). Lots of initiative and a  positive attitude is important.
