i am an effective team player an i can work with people from different back grounds and  cultures, i am passionate when it comes to the well being of individuals be it mental, physical, social and psychological  well being of individual.

my greatest strength is empathy and communication skills, i always actively listen to customers  and then help them through in solving their problems. i always try and put my self in customers shoe and try to understand their problem better.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

i have worked as customer care representatives at various companies like in telkom kenya and Dstv where my main roles were reciaving calls from customers and trying to help them solve their problems.

have studied up to university level where have done a degree in health systems management.

also have a certificate in secondary education where i scored a mean grade of C+
