3. Ensures quality control inspection plans by conducting challenge tests on inspection machines every hour; rating efficiency of critical control points and establishing critical limits and verification procedures.
4. Maintain appropriate records for the hourly inspection machines challenge and the defects rejection rate per machine.
5. Finding and removing faults at fixed stages of the inspection process.
6. Testing bottle samples as required by the Cold end team Leader
7. Monitoring each inspection machine rejection performance analysis and sharing with Cold End Team leader for corrective action follow up with forming team.
8. Prompt reporting of identified failure of inspection machines to the CE Team Leader for follow up for corrective measures with asset care.
9. Ensure all articles have challenge bottles for every defect that should be identified by the machine.
10. Maintenance of utility equipment-1250 and 500kva Gensets
11. Air compressor maintenance- Reciprocating and screw type.
12. Servicing of gearbox and water pumps. 
13. Sensor setting up and configuration
14. Maintenance of SCADA system
15. Bottle container printing and decorating machines.
16. Good housekeeping
