Victorine Oyugi

Victorine provide technical financial assistance to NGO’s through professional project accounting by overseeing sound financial and grant management of multi-donor projects funding. These include World Bank, USAID, and EU among others. Victorine has worked as the Finance Officer with the Participatory Approaches for Integrated Development  (PAFID), Project Accountant for Kenya Red Cross Society-Nairobi Branch,(KRCS) Home Based Care Programme, Cibiya Africa as Accountant, Arch forms Ltd as Accounts Assistant and Kisumu Centre Jua Kali  Sacco as Accounts Assistant
I have extensive experience providing quality financial stewardship, internal control and promotion of good financial management practice that include planning/budgeting and tracking, financial monitoring, financial reporting, compliance, treasury management and grant management. I have knowledge of USAID, EU, and World Bank policies and procedures with regard to financial management, financial reporting, procurement process systems and grant management. Victorine is a proactive leader, who defines, develops and provides effective financial systems that support NGO’s streamline and improve their financial systems. He has proven ability to give support to senior management team. Other skills include an excellent coordinator of team assignments, good numeric, analytical and organizational skills, with good interpersonal and leadership skills.

Currently I am  pursuing master's in development finance at KCA University. I have Bachelor of commerce finance option and I am CPA(k) finalist.
