I worked as an intern in Mp Shah Hospital. Provided care and support to individuals in need ,including elderly, disabled and chronically sick patients by Administering medication as prescribed. Documenting patients progress and maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided .Monitoring vital signs for patients. Assisted  with activities of daily living  such as bathing , grooming, feeding among others.
