Duties and responsibilities

·       Generation new leads and converting them to sales

·       Conducting market activations and creating awareness of  the bank's products in the market.

·       Ensuring the turnaround time is met while dealing with generated cases

·       Following the laid down procedures and processes set up by the company while dealing with different cases

·       Selling Retail Banking and services in order to ensure sustainable business growth
