I also have expertise in managing payroll, cash flow, budgets, and fixed assets, as well as monitoring discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of financial records. Experience
I have extensive experience in the healthcare industry, starting as an Accounts Assistant at The Karen Hospital working at the Insurance desk counter checking claims for correctness before dispatch to the various insurance companies. I then joined Astradental Services Ltd, a dental clinic, as an accountant in charge of payables, receivables, payroll, management & financial reporting and day to day operation of the finance functions of the company. During the pandemic I transitioned to consultancy at Kinetic Technology Ltd, a fintech company, as a functional consultant helping businesses assess their finance department needs through ERP software, create a feasible business model, coordinate with technical counterparts, provide training, and ongoing support. In my current role as a payables accountant at Metropolis Star Lab Kenya Ltd, a diagnostics lab, is to process invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records for proper financial management and vendor relationships.
