My primary role working in the front office, specifically in Customer Services. Here, I developed strong interpersonal skills through direct customer interactions, assisting them with their inquiries and issues. This experience improved my communication abilities and deepened my understanding of customer-centric service delivery.

I also worked as an assistant in the Teller's Office, contributing to various administrative tasks. This role instilled in me a strong sense of organizational responsibility and attention to detail.
