Velma Akatch

As a linguist, I am passionate about effective communication. I have therefore developed good written and verbal communication skills during my training years and while in the job market. I thrive in both virtual and physical  interactive situations, such as in sales and administration.

I have experience in telesales. As a telesales agent, my key responsibilities were exploring the market for clientele, sending and receiving feedbacks through phonecalls and emails, taking data, and doing follow-ups.

I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Linguistics from Pwani University, Kenya.
