Experience
As an executive chef, I am responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation. This includes managing the kitchen staff, ensuring the food quality is consistently high, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. I develop the menu, order ingredients, and control the food budget. I also collaborate with the management team to align the kitchen's goals with the restaurant's overall vision. Additionally, I am responsible for training and mentoring my team, ensuring they work efficiently and maintain a positive and productive atmosphere. It's my job to ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets the restaurant’s standards and satisfies our guests.
