I consider myself a cheerful, ambitious, and resilient individual. I derive great joy from working with people and serving them to the best of my abilities. I take pride in my ability to adapt to any situation that arises at the workplace, and I approach problem-solving with a can-do attitude. Whether it's tackling a difficult task or addressing a challenging situation, I am always up for the challenge and thrive under pressure. My positive attitude and go-getter mentality help me navigate through any obstacle that comes my way, making me a skilled problem-solver.

My role involved outreaching to women-owned businesses in the East Africa region. My main
responsibility was to reach out to business owners on an incomplete registration list for a platform called
WECommunity. I guided these women-business owners (WOBs) on how to complete their registration
on the platform and invite those who face challenges to attend bi-weekly live demo sessions. Another
important aspect of the job is to monitor the platform for duplicate profiles and to forward these
profiles to the WEConnect regional team for resolution. The job required strong communication skills, as
well as the ability to guide individuals through a technical process.
